During your first visit, we will:

• Talk through your birth story, medical history, and early feeding experiences

• Celebrate your successes and address any concerns or challenges

• Observe and assess a feeding session with your baby

• Develop a customized care plan to help you reach your feeding goals

• Review pumping techniques and how to use your pump most effectively (if applicable)

• Demonstrate bottle-feeding methods that support and protect breastfeeding

You’ll leave with a clear, personalized plan and ongoing support for your feeding journey.
